Al Argan Towell

A methodically developed alliance between AL ARGAN Real Estate Company and the Towell Group led to the establishment of the AL ARGAN TOWELL Investment Company in Oman, in 2003. The company’s core focus is the development of affordable and middle-income housing in Oman. AL ARGAN TOWELL has received several awards – most noticeably the 2005 Euromoney Award for "Best Housing Developer", and the 2006 award for "Excellence in Real Estate" from Islamic Real Estate Finance Middle East (IREF ME). They have developed a number landmark residential-commercial and mixed-use projects in Muscat, and surrounding areas.
